The Wight Proms returns this summer to Northwood House in Cowes!

The festival celebrates comedy, opera, musical theatre & orchestral proms from Tuesday 16th – Sunday 21st August, with a string of live shows across five days, starring international acts.

The organisers have extended this year’s Wight Proms to six days, and there will be a brand-new Drag show taking place on Wednesday 17th August – in association with Isle of Wight Pride.

Join stars of the phenomenon that is RuPaul Drag Race UK, drag queens ELLA VADAY, CHORIZA MAY and KITTY SCOTT-CLAUS as they sashay into Cowes for ‘One Night Only’ with their huge personalities, comedy chaos and jaw-dropping vocals.

Hosted by the Island’s very own drag queen FANNY QUIVERS with music by DJ SNACKS; the gates will stay open late so you can stay for drinks and a boogie after the show.

Support act before the show is StoneCrabs Theatre who will bring their ‘Joe Carstairs’ show with KRYSIA MANSFIELD, and present readings & poems from the ‘Out On An Island’ project Book, by Medina Publishing.

Car park opens at 5.30pm. Gates open at 6.00pm. Main show 7.30pm-9.30pm. Gates close 11.00pm
