Your food is served sizzling on a black rock block, allowing you to cook the food to your exact taste requirements so you enjoy every last bite as hot and delicious as the first.

The rocks are extremely similar to the stones and rocks used in the ancient technique of hot stone cooking, which is the oldest known cooking technique.

Your rock is heated in a specialist oven and presented on a platter. The food is added and you can cook the meat or fish to your preference.
